After setting up a scheduled appointment and Pre-paying your Service Call Evaluation: 

       We come out and take a look at your home, business, cabin, shed etc. to determine what animals are getting in, how the animals are getting into the structure and how to best stop them from getting in again.

 We do evaluations year-round, weather dependent for our safety. From May to October we schedule our exclusion services. Our sealants will only work in 45 deg or warmer weather, limiting spring and fall work. Dependent on the wildlife, animals may hibernate and only move around in the structure if the temperature if 45 deg or warmer. After September 15th, bat tubes are left in place until the following year due to the hibernation of bats. We want to make sure the bats have time to get out once they wake up. Bat tubes that are placed on houses, September 15th or later will be pulled no earlier than June 15th the following year. Please see your payment schedule for how our payment structure works during this time. We also warranty our bat work for one year from completion. Our warranty for bat work includes guaranteeing you will not have bats getting through Bergs Pest Control exclusion sites. We cannot warranty other contractors work, owners work, or Acts of God. Warranty is voided if there are any changes made to Bergs Pest Control work from other contractors or owners after Bergs Pest Control exclusion work is completed.
